Job title: GM / AGM / Sr. Manager - Constructions Projects

Position reports to: CEO

Job location: Kenya

Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) preferably with MBA

Age : Around 36 years to 48 years old

Work experience: - Around 15 years to 27 years of work experience with Construction / Real Estate Industry preferably in high-rise buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, residential complex, commercial complexes, etc. - Should have experience of managing Construction Projects which includes Project Execution, Planning, Quality Control, Tendering, Contracts & Documentation, Engineering, etc. - Working with family owned business group would be added advantage
